Thanks for checking out the new blog! This is a project that has been started to help connect volunteers, parents, and the rest of the church to the comings and goings in the children's church at The Advent.
Little Advent hopes to teach the fundamentals of Anglican liturgy in an approachable and relatable way for young minds to grasp. Children will enjoy a mini liturgy while participating in scripture, storytelling, music, crafts, snacks, prayer, and fellowship during the children’s hour. We provide age appropriate activities for infants through young children in hopes that they will learn, love, and embrace the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The Advent’s values remain present in the lessons and activities presented each week: The Presence of God, Conversion of Life, and Bearing Witness to Christ.
